We are looking for an Implementation Consultant – Jira (ITSM) to support and enhance our Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) platforms.
This role focuses on Level-1 and Level-2 support, configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Jira ecosystem.
