About the role

We’re looking for an Implementation / Production Project Manager to join our Amsterdam Studio, someone who thrives on turning great creative ideas into beautifully crafted, real-world results. You’ll be the bridge between creativity and execution, ensuring that every project runs smoothly, stays on track, and meets the highest production standards.

You’ll manage the implementation phase of projects from start to finish, working closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure every detail is delivered flawlessly. From monitoring artwork and retouching quality to managing timings, budgets, and technical specifications, you’ll be the person who keeps everything on point. Collaboration is at the heart of this role — you’ll liaise daily with clients, client leadership, designers, artworkers, and production specialists, ensuring clarity and consistency at every step.

You’ll also work alongside our Operations Director on photography, mock-ups, and archiving, helping to keep our studio output organised, efficient, and of exceptional quality. About you

You’re an organiser, a problem-solver, and a natural project driver and the kind of person who spots issues before they happen and keeps everything (and everyone) on track. You’re calm under pressure, thrive on structure, and know how to balance creativity with practicality.

You have strong project management skills and a deep understanding of artwork builds, technical retouching, and print processes, particularly in packaging. Tight deadlines don’t faze you, in fact, you’re at your best when there’s a lot to juggle and high standards to meet.

Communication is your superpower, you’re clear, confident, and collaborative and able to connect with designers, clients, and production partners alike. You’re solutions-focused and always thinking one step ahead, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and true to the creative vision.
