The Role: Seeking a software engineer to build and scale AI-driven automation systems for industrial operations. This role involves working on high-throughput, real-time applications, backend architecture, and seamless integrations with enterprise systems.


What We're Looking For a Software Engineer to:

  • Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery
  • Build intuitive front-end interfaces with React and Next.js
  • Develop real-time data processing pipelines for manufacturing and logistics
  • Work on productionizing LLM workflows and AI-driven automation
  • Optimize system performance and reliability at scale

    • What You'll Need:

  • A bachelors' or above degree from a well reputed school with a focus on Computer Science
  • 2-6 years of software engineering experience
  • Strong backend development experience, particularly in distributed systems
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software is a plus
  • Track record of excellence and a strong ability to execute in high-ownership environments
