Minimum Base – with Percentage of Overall Service

Qualifications
Job Responsibilities
- Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
- Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
- Conducting post-repair follow up
- Resolving customer complaints
- Continue to maintain Nalley’s value, quality, and integrity
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work hard with limited supervision
- Service Advisor experience heavily preferred
- Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
- Must have great customer service skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background & Drugs)
