Job Title: Influencer Manager

Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find an Influencer Manager to execute and scale a creator and influencer program across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms. In this role, you will manage day-to-day creator execution, outreach, and relationships while ensuring campaigns run smoothly, consistently, and authentically within fandom and creator-driven culture.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered on sourcing creators, managing campaigns, and maintaining strong long-term relationships. Strategy, creative direction, and narrative will be led by the Brand team; your role is to keep the influencer engine running smoothly and reliably.
Responsibilities:
Creator Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and source creators aligned with the brand and audience
- Conduct outbound outreach for gifted, affiliate, and paid partnerships
- Build and maintain a strong, organized creator pipeline
Campaign & Relationship Management
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators
- Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Ensure content is delivered on time and meets expectations
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
Program Execution
- Support gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style programs
- Track creator participation, content delivery, and usage rights
- Maintain creator databases, trackers, and campaign documentation
Performance Tracking & Support
- Track basic performance metrics such as engagement and content usage
- Share summaries and learnings with the Brand team
- Help identify creators to deepen, scale, or pause partnerships with
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner closely with Brand, Social, and Growth teams
- Support launches and campaigns by aligning creator timelines with broader plans
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management
(eCommerce or consumer brand experience preferred). - Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator programs, and social commerce
trends. - Skilled in outreach, contract management, and relationship management with creators
and agencies. - Proficient in influencer management or affiliate tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Collabstr,
Shopify Collabs). - Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Are extremely organized and comfortable managing many moving pieces
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience managing creators on TikTok Shop and integrating performance data into
dashboards. - Experience coordinating influencer seeding programs and micro-influencer activations at
scale. - Strong creative instincts and understanding of platform-native content trends.
- Are genuinely obsessed with romantasy and fantasy books, BookTok, and Bookstagram
