We’re looking for a curious, creative, and performance-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join Joko’s Growth team and accelerate user growth through influencer partnerships.

As Influencer Marketing Manager, your main mission will be to accelerate user growth through performance-driven influencer partnerships.

You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate closely with the User Acquisition and Data teams to build a scalable influencer acquisition channel, optimized for measurable impact.

Your responsibilities will be:

Own influencer marketing direction and roadmap

  • Set clear objectives, priorities, and focus areas for influencer marketing, always anchored in user growth.

  • Identify the platforms, creator profiles, verticals, and formats with the strongest potential to drive user acquisition.

  • Run structured tests across creator types, formats, and creative angles to identify what drives the most efficiency acquisition.

Build and manage Joko’s influencer ecosystem

  • Handle influencer collaborations end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracting, content briefing and validation, invoicing, and performance tracking.

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with influencers and animate the community through dedicated communications, programs, and key moments that strengthen engagement and loyalty.

Drive performance, tracking, and optimization

  • Own acquisition-focused KPIs such as LTV, CAC, and retention at the creator level.

  • Partner closely with Product and Data teams to ensure reliable tracking and attribution.

  • Draw data-driven learnings from each influence collaboration to continuously refine creator selection, incentives, formats, and messaging based on performance insights.

Stay at the forefront of influencer trends and best practices

  • Keep a sharp eye on influencer trends, platforms, and creator dynamics.

  • Proactively explore new formats, creator profiles, and collaboration models.

  • Share insights internally to keep raising the bar on influencer-led acquisition.

👀 What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles, including at least 2 years dedicated to influencer marketing.

  • Languages: Native-level French and fluent English, written and spoken.

  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems: You know how to identify, recruit, and manage creators at scale, and how to build long-term, performance-oriented partnerships.

  • Operational excellence: You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and workflows in parallel.

  • User-centric mindset: You’re eager to understand users, how they think, what they value, and how they respond to content and messages.

  • Analytical skills: You’re comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into impactful actions.

  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, AI-curious and hands-on.
