Influencer Marketing Specialist I

We are looking for a Specialist I role on our Influencer team that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest growing and most exciting apparel brands around! You will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution and management of organic influencer and gifting initiatives, working cross-functionally to coordinate events, product seeding, and support across influencer partnerships. The position oversees influencer gifting programs, from strategy and target selection through fulfillment, compliance, and performance tracking. Responsibilities include managing influencer product orders, maintaining accurate databases and reporting, analyzing content performance, and supporting budget tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, trend awareness, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery, brand alignment, and achievement of influencer KPIs. 

What you’ll get to do:  

Cross-Functional Management

• Collaborate with other channels to fulfill and manage all gifting and inventory funnels on the influencer team.  
• Support tactical operations for event planning and paid influencer partnership admin. 
• Lead placing Influencer orders for bulk buys/promo/merch for internal product needs, as well as handling all PR agency orders (US + UK) for Influencer product. 
• Liaise with other channels leads to secure necessary creative collateral (mailer boxes, notecards, look books, etc.) for organic influencer and gifting relations.  

Seeding

• Oversee all organic influencer gifting moments throughout the year, including the fulfillment and execution of the Tier 4 trade program and in-house seeding initiatives.  
• Develop comprehensive monthly seeding target lists, identify key influencers, and other brand-aligned individuals to maximize visibility and impact. 
• Maintain an organized organic influencer database, ensuring contact details, gifting history, and trade social deliverables (as applicable) are accurately recorded. 
• Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future influencer and seeding strategies. 

Budgeting

• Support the organization of budget tracking and management for Influencer initiatives, ensuring accurate allocation, accruals and reporting. 

Qualifications

Who you are:

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, brand marketing, or related role.  
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent years of experience preferred.  
• Experience supporting or executing influencer seeding, gifting, or trade programs. 
• Deep understanding of current trends, cultural movements and the ever-evolving pop culture and influencer landscapes. 
• Strong project management abilities with attention to detail; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and influencer content best practices.  
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a bonus being a strong influencer network of contacts. 
• A positive, proactive, team-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.

The salary range for this role is $63,000 per year - $70,000 per year.
