Influencer Outreach Specialist

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer & UGC Creator Search: Identify and recruit influencers and UGC creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
• Content Collaboration: Guide influencers and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that effectively showcases our products and benefits.
• Shopify Partnerships: Manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through Shopify.
• Audience Engagement: Collaborate with the social media management team to monitor and reply to Instagram comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
• Coordination: Ensure timely execution of collaborations by maintaining clear communication with influencers.
• Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in influencer/UGC outreach and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Shopify processes, including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions.
• Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and keeping up with digital trends.
