The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for generating, managing, closing, and following up on commercial relationships with assigned clients through non-face-to-face channels, primarily phone calls (cold calling). The main objective is to ensure order intake, foster account growth, and actively contribute to the department’s sales strategies and overall company growth through proactive and continuous client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
• Establish and maintain new advertisers through active prospecting (calls, emails, video calls).
• Generate new sales opportunities and build a strong portfolio of corporate prospects.
• Identify client needs and apply consultative selling practices to close deals.
• Account Management:
• Manage and grow an existing client list, ensuring high service levels.
• Regularly meet with current clients to assess needs and measure relationship quality.
• Create personalized proposals and effective campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Internal Coordination:
• Maintain continuous and effective communication with the Local Sales Manager and team leaders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Traffic, and Production teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Administration and Reporting:
• Record all sales activities and client communications daily in the CRM (Wavstar).
• Upload contracts, production orders, and required documentation to Norsan Cloud.
• Prepare regular sales reports, prospect lists, forecasts, and pipeline follow-ups.
• Follow up on administrative processes, orders, billing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Compliance and Culture:
• Adhere to corporate procedures and align with Norsan Media’s mission and values.
• Maintain the company’s dress code.
• Monitor competitors to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Collect testimonials and results from successful campaigns to validate impact.
• Other Requirements:
• Availability for video calls and constant communication with the team.
• Professional ethics and commitment to corporate culture.
• Previous experience in radio, digital media, or events is desirable.
