Our Company

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.

Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch.

Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.

We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 120+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.

The Role

We are hiring an Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop an inside sales organization. This role will focus on building strong sales fundamentals, establishing repeatable processes, and developing early-career sales talent.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who finds energy in coaching, skill development, and building scalable sales motions. You will be responsible for day-to-day execution, people development, and translating strategy into clear, actionable playbooks for a growing inside sales team.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Lead, coach, and develop an inside sales team through onboarding, 1:1s, call reviews, and ongoing skills coaching.

  • Hire, onboard, and scale the inside sales team in partnership with Recruiting and Sales Leadership, with a focus on building strong early-career talent.

  • Establish and run the inside sales operating cadence, including pipeline reviews, activity inspection, and performance tracking.

  • Coach sellers on core inside sales fundamentals such as prospecting, discovery, qualification, objection handling, and closing.

  • Build and continuously improve inside sales playbooks, scripts, talk tracks, and onboarding materials.

  • Translate complex product and industry concepts into clear, repeatable sales motions for early-career sellers.

  • Own team performance against activity, pipeline, and revenue goals, identifying gaps and driving targeted coaching plans.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Business Development Representatives, Marketing, and RevOps to align on lead flow, funnel performance, and team capacity.

Reach out to us if you have:

  • 2–5 years of people management experience, with at least 2 years managing sales or customer-facing teams.

  • Prior experience as a quota-carrying salesperson before moving into management.

  • Experience managing or coaching early-career sales talent.

  • A strong understanding of inside sales fundamentals and high-volume sales motions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build process, write playbooks, and coach to repeatable behaviors.

  • Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to break down complex concepts.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or selling complex B2B products.

  • Exposure to building or scaling an inside sales function.

  • Experience partnering closely with RevOps on metrics, tooling, and process design.

  • A track record of developing junior sellers into consistently high performers.
