Southern National Roofing is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to work out of our Charlotte call center. This is a phone-based role supporting our outside sales teams by engaging homeowners, handling inbound and outbound calls, and setting qualified appointments.

Schedule

  • This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Charlotte, NC office. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shifts scheduled between:
    • Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
    • Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • No Sundays

Compensation

  • $30,000 – $75,000 per year
  • Paid as an hourly rate plus commission
  • Strong performers typically land in the $50K–$75K range once established

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from homeowners and internal marketing teams
  • Make outbound calls to existing leads and prospects in our database
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team
  • Promote Southern National’s roofing solutions and customer experience
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine desire to help customers.
