Job Title: Integration lead
Work location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Duration: 6 months+ extendable.
Work experience: 4-10 years

Skills:
Integration of MES with controls layer - historian, weigh scales, scanners etc
Integration with ERP
MES - Rockwell FTPS

Responsibilities:
1. Perform existing software/hardware assessment
2. Identify and perform all the technical activities related to MES deployment ( pre-requisite, cut-over and post go-live)
3. Assess, implement and validate integration of MES with SAP and scales
4. Support execution of IQ , OQ, PQ
5. Troubleshoot and defects resolution during validation related to integration
6. Support creation and/or updating of System/Validation documents including but not limited to RS (requirement specifications, Design Specification, Validation Plan, Requirement Traceability Matrix in document management system, IQ, OQ, PQ
7. Assist Project Manager with defining technical activities in creating project plan
8. Lead and guide Validation Lead and Test engineer and provide guidance on technical issues
9. Troubleshoot post go-live issue
