Interface Manager & Interface Engineer (SAUDI Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced and proactive Interface Manager & Interface Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This dual-role position is critical for managing interfaces between various project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. You will be responsible for facilitating effective communication among different teams and managing the resolution of interface issues that arise during the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction and engineering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in interface management and engineering roles within construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and industry standards.
• Proven experience in managing complex interfaces and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and interface management software.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
