We invite a Senior Business Analyst with proven Scrum and Agile expertise and a solid understanding of system integrations to join our team and help develop innovative fintech products for a leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. In this role, you’ll start on an ongoing project before shifting your focus to supporting the delivery of a new, high-impact sales platform designed for global expansion and complex integrations.

✅ Is that you?

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum practices and Scrum team collaboration
• Proven experience delivering projects involving integration between two complex systems
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integration principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, refinement, and prioritization techniques
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and autonomous work style, flexibility, and adaptability

Desirable:

• Experience with SAFe practices
• PSPO or equivalent certification
• Background in e-commerce or fintech domains
• Experience creating product roadmaps

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll lead business analysis efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective delivery.

• Gather and refine detailed requirements to ensure clarity and alignment
• Create, prioritize, and manage user stories and work items in collaboration with the team
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
• Define sprint goals and contribute to product roadmap planning
• Build strong relationships and manage communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Ensure clear and coordinated communication across technical and business teams
• Support bi-weekly night releases, acting as a liaison between product and delivery teams
