Intern - Human Resources

Your responsibilities as Intern will include but are not limited to:

• To check on employees’ daily attendances
• To update and monitor various types of leave entitlements and applications.
• To follow up and compile relevant documents for new employees.
• To perform data entry of new employees into HRIS system.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned by immediate superior.
• Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.

Qualifications

Candidate must have the following requirements:

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
