About the Role

We’re hiring an exceptional Field CTO to lead technical strategy, customer engagement, and ecosystem development across MENA and APAC.. You’ll act as a senior technical leader and evangelist for Cognition, supporting regional GTM leaders, engaging directly with enterprise clients and partners, and ensuring Devin is adopted at scale.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, partnerships, and engineering, responsible for ensuring market fit, deep technical understanding of customer needs, and shaping our expansion playbooks from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Technical Leadership

  • Represent Cognition’s technical vision in enterprise engagements, CxO conversations, and public forums

  • Lead solution architecture design with strategic customers and influence enterprise-level adoption

  • Translate regional customer requirements into product feedback for our R&D and platform teams

Customer Success + Expansion

  • Support field sales in complex technical deals across key verticals (FSI, telco, manufacturing, public sector)

  • Drive pilot design, use case selection, and technical validation across pre and post-sales cycles

  • Shape how we localise and scale technical onboarding and success for large-scale deployments

Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Co-develop joint solutions with hyperscalers, GSIs, and regional SI/VAR partners

  • Drive integration, co-selling and field enablement strategy alongside strategic alliances

  • Advocate for the inclusion of Cognition in major cloud marketplaces and go-to-market engines

Internal Enablement + Playbook Development

  • Build technical GTM assets, internal onboarding materials, regional product training and enablement content

  • Support regional hiring and mentor local SEs, deployed engineers, and TAMs as we scale

  • Develop thought leadership content, demo frameworks, and competitive positioning insights

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • 5+ years in enterprise technology in a senior technical role (e.g. Solutions Architect, Field CTO, Principal Engineer)

  • Deep understanding of software engineering workflows, DevOps, data infrastructure and AI/ML

  • Experience supporting sales and post-sales cycles across APAC, MENA, or ANZ

  • Outstanding communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to CxOs and board-level stakeholders

Bonus

  • Prior experience at a frontier AI company, cloud provider, or high-growth SaaS startup

  • Background in engineering or computer science (STEM degree or hands-on coding experience)

  • Experience building and launching international field teams from scratch
