The Investment Analyst will be part of a team that manages a diversified real estate portfolio across the
country. The person in this position will play an integral role in the process of acquiring, financing, and
selling assets while working collaboratively with individuals and teams throughout the company.
Our mission is to generate superior risk adjusted investment performance through proven real estate
investment strategies and this role will play a key part in the delivery of this goal.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: This position is based in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Travel: Less than 10%
The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of ASB Investment Management's total compensation package, which also includes access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
