IT & SUPPORT OFFICER (OPERATIONS)
Responsibilities
1. APPLICATION AND DATA MANAGEMENT
Developing and implementing Data Collection and Submission systems, including strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and Data Quality Assessment.
Data and Report Analysis
Data Warehouse (Databank)
Interpreting data from Member Financial Institutions, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide reports.
Ensuring adherence to information security and data management policies.
SQL and Oracle Database querying.
Databases Administration and monitoring
2. IT INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION
Assisting in managing User accounts in Microsoft Active Directory, Profiles, File Sharing, Access Privileges and Security access through the firewall.
Assisting in performing daily Backup.
Assisting to perform Backup rotation between Onsite and Offsite fireproof safe.
Assisting to administer virtual Server and Storage environment in VMware and Hyper-V
Assisting to administer IT infrastructure onsite and remote.
Keeping current with the latest technologies and determining what new technological solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
Qualification Required
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Computer skills including the ability to use MS Excel, MS word-processing, MS power point and website development programs.
Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks.
Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work demands.
