AYANA Komodo is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Apprentice to join our team! This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry's IT operations. As an IT Apprentice, you will assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications that support our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for staff across the hotel
• Support the setup and maintenance of computer systems and networks
• Help in the installation and configuration of software applications
• Participate in regular system backups and data recovery processes
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Provide technical support to staff, addressing their IT needs and inquiries
• Assist in training staff on new technologies and software
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in IT

Requirements

• Fresh graduates from information technology, computer science or related fields are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
