- Helpdesk, troubleshooting, and day-to-day technical support responsibilities for the Win/Mac user environment.
- Manage and maintain the Win/Mac environment at a reliable and consistent service level.
- Interface and coordinate with vendors for contracts, purchasing, break/fix, maintenance, and outages.
- Ensure information security policies and controls for data, systems, and services are appropriately in place and functioning as required.
- Provide support to global/regional IT initiatives, as relating to local server and desktop needs.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 3~5 years experience in a Windows XP/7, Mac OS X, and Windows Server 2008/2012 environment.
- Minimum 3~5 years experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on Macintosh and Windows workstations and laptops.
- Minimum 2~3 years experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 administration and support.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Macintosh software including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Self-starter, confident and results driven, able to multi task.
- Excellent communications skills with end users and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
