What we’re looking for:
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer that will contribute to the development, integration, administration, support, and overall health of our corporate technology, applications, and hardware. You will be an individual contributor as a member of a global team of IT engineers, administrators, and support staff.
This position is located on-site at either our Metro Manila (Pasig City) or Dumaguete offices, with typical working hours from 3AM until 12PM, Tuesday through Saturday, Philippine Standard Time (GMT +8.) Working hours may sometimes flex with the needs of the business.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, IT Engineering, and has peers in the following roles: Staff IT Engineer, IT Engineer, IT Support Engineer
What you will accomplish:
Provide front-line support and administration for our corporate technology, applications, and hardware using service management systems
Participate in the design, implementation, automation, and/or maintenance activities of corporate technology, applications, and hardware, as well as line-of-business applications
Participate in the employee onboarding and offboarding process (setting up accounts, issuing and retrieving hardware, assisting with onboarding support requests, etc.)
Participate in technology and platform support incidents as part of an incident response team
Resolve and analyze root causes of issues escalated by IT Operations and other staff
One year deliverables:
Expert level of solving problems with our corporate technology stack
Provided a consistently high level of service for support tickets
Participated in the buildout of multifactor and directory login for endpoints
Participated in the buildout of access orchestrations
Participated in the buildout of global zero-touch hardware deployment
About you:
You have 5+ years of IT experience

You have experience managing the following concepts and/or applications:
Identity management (i.e. Okta, Azure)
Mobile device management (i.e. Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
Productivity tools (i.e. Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian)
Security tools (i.e. Crowdstrike, Tenable)
Infrastructure-as-a-service platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
You have broad, generalist knowledge of networking and information security concepts
You have excellent project management and documentation skills
You are comfortable working independently in ambiguous situations
Bonus points:
You have experience with scripting and APIs
You have experience managing line-of-business applications (i.e. Salesforce, Netsuite, Intercom, BambooHR)
You are obsessed with delighting customers
You are experienced in startups and/or rapid-growth companies
