Your mission: keep 30 people in Amsterdam โ€” and even more across Brazil, Spain, and Armenia โ€” connected, productive, and tech-happy. 

Weโ€™re looking for a hands-on, experienced IT generalist whoโ€™ll be the face of IT for employees, marketers and executives. From solving everyday issues to shaping smarter workflows, youโ€™ll be the go-to person keeping our teams connected, and our systems running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ๐Ÿš€

  • Onsite support โ€“ deliver helpdesk support for macOS fleet and some Windows; resolve issues or escalate to global team.
  • Administer SaaS & identity โ€“ support and troubleshoot Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Okta/SSO and other internal systems with users and group participants, track licenses.
  • Run Zoom Rooms & AV โ€“ set up, monitor and troubleshoot meeting rooms, livestreams and hybrid events; partner with Marketing for local events.
  • Maintain the network โ€“ coordinate with landlord's networking team, monitor performance & security.
  • Lifecycle & inventory โ€“ procure, setup and provision laptops via Jamf Pro / Intune, Asset Sonar, oversee repairs, maintain asset database and payments.
  • Process & security โ€“ document knowledge base runbooks for employees, contribute to SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls.
  • Collaborate globally โ€“ share knowledge and participate in on-call rotation with IT peers in Brazil, US and Armenia.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Youโ€™ll need:

  • 3-6 years experience in SaaS-first, cloud-native workplaces.
  • Clear, friendly communication with employees, non-technical stakeholders, and execs.
  • Deep MacOS and good Windows administration; MDM (Jamf, Intune).
  • Good networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
  • Proven Zoom Rooms / AV event support.
  • Assist with upcoming office relocation to the self-managed space
  • Bonus: Okta or similar IDP, low-code automations, security/compliance exposure.

 ๐Ÿข LOCATION & SCHEDULE

Full-time, on-site 4-5 days per week in Amsterdam; occasional after-hours support for events or cutovers.
