As IT Manager for our Mumbai studio, you will be a key contributor to the studio’s technical infrastructure, ensuring secure, stable, and efficient operations that support our artists and production teams.
Working closely with the Global Head of IT and Technology Leads, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Outpost’s AWS-driven infrastructure, directly impacting the studio’s ability to deliver high-quality work on time and at scale.
You will lead and inspire the regional IT team with a team-first mindset, setting clear priorities while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented, you will approach challenges constructively and communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across the studio.
You will oversee advanced systems administration across complex infrastructure and production platforms, spearhead regional IT initiatives, and ensure that projects and daily operations run seamlessly. Partnering with department leads, you will optimise workflows to enhance creative efficiency and production output.
You will maintain rigorous compliance and security standards - digital, physical, and procedural - and champion a positive, approachable, and solutions-focused IT culture across the studio.
Flexibility to accommodate last-minute weekday and weekend overtime is required based on production and client needs.
