Job Purpose/Summary of the IT Operations Analyst:
This position plays an integral part of the IT Operations function and covers a diverse set of responsibilities from TrustNet and DocuSign administration to system requirements gathering project management and AI governance.

  • Essential Job Functions of the IT Operations Analyst:

  • Serve as Tier I-II Support Analyst for the TrustNet application, including user setup, access and application testing for system upgrades.
  • Serve as administrator for the Docusign application, including user setup, access and training.
  • Execute quality assurance activities, including performing testing for TrustNet Releases and data quality cleanups
  • Prepare and generate training materials, test plans and reports when appropriate.
  • Act as liaison with IT and vendors to communicate system requirements
  • Improve and document IT operations processes
  • Requirements gathering and project management as it relates to our application development roadmap.  This includes working closely with different teams including client services, compliance, trading and investments to implement efficient processes and workflows.  Proactively review current processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective changes. 
  • AI governance. Working closely with Privacy and broader IT team oversee the AI governance process including inventory management and periodic quality assurance   
  • Required Skills and Abilities of the IT Operations Analyst:

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Project management and requirements documentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient at writing complex SQL requests in a timely manner
  • Strong Office365 skills required specifically Excel, Teams. Familiarity with AI tools.
  • Able to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs and requirements
  • High attention to detail, excellent follow-through
  • Required Education / Experience of the IT Operations Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field, or relevant IT Operations experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or multiteam IT projects

  • The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.  Base pay is one component of Chevy Chase Trust's total compensation package, which also includes access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
