IT Operations engineer

• Basic knowledge of Windows system administration.

• General understanding of infrastructure, including application servers and databases.

• Familiarity with system integration and integration principles using REST APIs, as well as protocols like MQTT and AMQP.

• Understanding of data concepts and structures, such as ISA-88 and JSON.

• Basic programming skills in languages like Node.js, Python, or Java, with a strong desire to develop further.

• Fundamental networking knowledge.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and managed services, particularly with Amazon AWS.

• Preferably experienced in scripting for IT infrastructure deployment and containerization.

• Basic understanding of data analytics.

• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Scrum methodologies at a conceptual level.
