IT Project Manager

Are you ready to drive a global HR technology transformation and make a real impact? The Eurofins network of companies is looking for a proactive and driven IT Project Manager (Team Lead – Annual Review Process Tool Management) to take ownership of our Annual Review Process (ARP) Tool – a key solution within our global Compensation & Benefits landscape.

In this strategic role, you will shape the long-term roadmap for the ARP Tool, ensuring maximum efficiency, scalability and an outstanding user experience for thousands of employees worldwide. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, formalise global best practices and introduce continuous improvements based on user feedback, analytics and data-driven insights. Your work will support critical HR decisions and enable the creation of dashboards delivering meaningful business intelligence to the organisation.

As a Team Lead, you will also build and inspire a high-performing team – hiring, coaching and empowering professionals to deliver excellence. Cross-functional collaboration with global HR, IT and business stakeholders will be at the heart of your success, alongside participation in exciting international initiatives aimed at elevating HR processes across the Eurofins Group.

Qualifications

Hard skills:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic foundation, ideally holding a master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or Business, and an excellent academic track record. You should have proven experience in designing and managing complex project roadmaps, as well as initial people management experience in a multinational environment. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and any knowledge of HRIS systems will be considered an advantage. A strong command of written and spoken English is required.

Soft skills:

We value individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at both business and technical levels. You should demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach. The ability to deliver high-quality analytical work under tight deadlines, combined with great attention to detail, is key. A positive, forward-looking attitude, the ability to anticipate needs, prioritise competing deadlines, and take initiative will set you apart. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, resilience under pressure, and strong work ethics are essential.
