- Support IT side of the delivery for the build-out of a new Global Fulfilment Center (GFC)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Oversee all related workstreams, ensuring seamless coordination between systems and processes.
- Ensure successful integration between ERP, WMS, carriers, and third-party systems.
- Drive IT readiness for new GFC, including infrastructure and application setup.
- Manage network, devices, connectivity, and on-site IT readiness.
- Identify risks, track dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies across IT workstreams.
- Lead cutover activities, go-live preparation, and hypercare support post-launch.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery governance aligns with project standards.
- Provide regular updates on status, risks, and issues; generate comprehensive reports for leadership.
- Implement quality control measures and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Foster collaboration and high performance across internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience as an IT focused Project Manager in enterprise environments
- Experience with new WMS and ERP-implementation projects
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations in warehouse or logistics/distribution environments
- Experience working in integration-heavy landscapes (APIs, middleware, iPaaS)
- Ability to work effectively between IT and business teams with diverse background and locations.
- Familiarity with the preparation of reports and presentations for management
- Eager to make an impact in a fast-growing organizational environment, with a proactive attitude.
- Listening, communication, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS-Office, MS-Project, Jira, or other PM tools.
- Structured, hands-on, and delivery-oriented mindset.
Language & Location Requirements
- German language skills at B1-B2 level or higher are highly desired
- English proficiency (Written and verbal) required for international collaboration
- Willingness to work on-site in Munich for certain days per week
Highly desired
- Experience with new warehouse or distribution center focused on IT setups
- Exposure to cloud-based ERP and WMS solutions
- Familiarity with warehouse automation, robots, highly automated logistic systems.

We are looking for a mid-to-senior level IT Project Manager to support the delivery of a new Global Fulfilment Center (GFC) and related enterprise application initiatives across WMS, ERP (SAP S/4HANA), and integrations.
