About the job:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead projects end-to-end, from initial definition to final delivery. The role involves coordinating teams, defining scope, timelines, and resources, managing risks, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring progress, quality, and budget, while contributing to strong project governance and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing projects end-to-end
• Functional profile, more focused on delivery than operational/reporting tasks
• Ability to lead projects autonomously
• Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Asana)
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools (as a support, not the main focus)
• Leadership mindset and strong sense of responsibility
