About the role:

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT access and resources across the organization, supporting our global workforce, and contributing to key IT initiatives. You will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure our employees have the tools and access they need to be productive from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS applications and internal systems, ensuring timely access grants and secure offboarding

  • Design and implement workflows for access requests to IT resources, improving efficiency and maintaining security standards

  • Support IT projects led by the IT Manager, including infrastructure improvements, tool evaluations, and process automation

  • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires in India and EMEA regions, ensuring a seamless first-day experience across time zones

  • Assist with the office moves, including IT infrastructure setup, equipment logistics, and network configuration

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role

  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM) tools and SaaS application administration (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)

  • Familiarity with IT workflow automation and ticketing systems

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams across different time zones

  • Experience supporting office moves or setting up IT infrastructure is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

  • Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Previous experience supporting teams in India or EMEA
