IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist role is responsible for implementing IT procedures, website development, and providing best practice solutions to improve individual and/or firm wide efficiencies across BwB's technologies.

The day-to-day responsibilities include providing Microsoft 365 support across the BwB team, updating and maintaining the BwB website (Operating on WIX), troubleshooting additional issues across BwB hardware, software, and network. In providing this support, the IT support Specialist will be collaborating across the wider BwB team, being able to provide real-time solutions to IT issues faced or produce timely updates/maintenance as required.

While the BwB team works across multiple time zones, the predominate internal stakeholders for this role are based across the UK/EU, with responsiveness across these business hours expected.

• Microsoft Office 365
• Operating Systems - OSX 10-11, Windows 10-11
• WIX
• Slack 

Experience

• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 is essential 
• Experience in Operating Systems OSX 10-11, Windows 10-11 
• Fully conversant with WIX, with previous experience in WIX website development 
• Experience providing IT support for users in a fully remote environment would be advantageous 

Qualifications

• Excellent English and written communication
• Exceptional ability to problem solve, especially under tight deadlines
• Graduate degree-level qualification (Highly desirable) in information systems or computer science (B.Tech , BCA, or higher equivalent qualifications)
