Perfect for entry-level candidates, this role focuses on providing technical assistance, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software for end-users.
• Assist with system updates, troubleshooting, and documentation of technical processes.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet service-level agreements.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols.

Skills/Requirements

• Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and ticketing systems is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, fully on-site.
• Contract Length: 6 months.

Pay/Salary Range:

• Pay Range: $22/hour
