IT Systems Support & Integration Specialist

We are currently looking for a "Dissemination IT Systems Integration, Operations & Support Specialist" to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

Knowledge & Skills

• Provide technical consultancy and operational support

• Monitor, analyse and interpret system logs (preferably with AWS CloudWatch or Dynatrace) and produce reports/statistics using BI tools (e.g PIWIK, Power BI).

• Handle IT system incidents and problems, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution following ITIL best practices.

• Test new functionalities, document issues, and follow up on their resolution.

• Coordinate reception, validation, and testing of new releases via CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket and/or GitLab).

• Work with IT systems hosted in cloud environments (preferably AWS) and follow change-management procedures.

• Create and maintain database scripts and Linux/Unix scripts (e.g., JSON queries, shell scripting).

• Analyse, design, and contribute to the evolution of IT systems.

• Provide 2nd-level technical support to users, troubleshooting functional and non-functional issues related to HTML, XML, and CSS.

• Draft and review technical and functional/non-functional specifications with Architecture and Operations teams.

• Participate in technical working groups, project meetings, and interactions with developers, stakeholders, and non-technical users.

• Deliver training sessions and system demonstrations to internal teams.

Specific Expertises

• 3 years in monitoring/analyzing system logs and ITIL-based incident/problem management.
• 3 years in testing and validating functional/non-functional requirements.
• 3 years in drafting technical/functional specifications.
• 3 years in project management roles.
• 2 years using cloud-based services.
• 2 years in release management with CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• 1 year in database and network management.
• Elasticsearch experience.
• Release management and configuration of CI/CD pipelines.
• Project Management (PM2 / PRINCE2 / PMI).

Profiles

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT

Certifications & Standards

• ITIL certification (preferred)

• PM2 / PRINCE2 / PMI (preferred)

• DevOps and CI/CD best practices

• Web and XML standards
