Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment for key roles including Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Cloud Architect
• Source candidates from different platforms like LinkedIn, Telegram, WeChat, Facebook, etc.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer management
• Maintain and grow tech talent pipelines
• Build recruitment channels and employer branding in relevant tech communities

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken)
• At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment or HR
• Familiar with cloud-related tech roles (e.g., AWS, DevOps, SRE)
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, JobStreet, etc.
