Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for key roles including Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Cloud Architect
- Source candidates from different platforms like LinkedIn, Telegram, WeChat, Facebook, etc.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer management
- Maintain and grow tech talent pipelines
- Build recruitment channels and employer branding in relevant tech communities
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment or HR
- Familiar with cloud-related tech roles (e.g., AWS, DevOps, SRE)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, JobStreet, etc.
