This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in Italian and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to enhance their experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian across various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with account issues, product information, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and policies.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to offer informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer empathy and understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
