Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. You will be using your linguistic skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus.
• Motivated and eager to contribute positively to our team.
