Your Responsibilities

• Engage with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and offer knowledgeable information about our products and services.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions for continued professional development.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
