Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels
• Address inquiries and provide solutions related to our products and services
• Document customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with team members to effectively resolve customer issues
• Guide clients on best practices for utilizing our services
• Collect and relay customer feedback to inform service improvements
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on offerings and processes

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
