Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in navigating our digital marketing platform and help them troubleshoot any issues they encounter.
• Educate clients about the features and benefits of our marketing solutions to maximize their success.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our service offerings.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
