In this position, you will provide exceptional support in Italian, helping customers with their inquiries related to consumer electronics products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding consumer electronics products, including features, specifications, and troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide product information and help customers understand how to make the best use of their devices.
• Assist customers with warranty claims and service requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the interaction.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product and technical support teams to address customer concerns effectively.
• Keep up to date with the latest consumer electronics trends and product launches to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical inquiries with confidence.
• Interest in consumer electronics and the latest technology trends.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general office applications.
