This position is perfect for individuals who have a strong background in logistics and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will engage with clients in Italian, assisting them with inquiries regarding their shipments and logistics needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, including shipment tracking, scheduling, and service options via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information on shipping procedures, costs, and delivery timelines.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Work closely with operational teams to coordinate logistics solutions and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek or English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward customer inquiries.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
