This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about e-commerce and customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, helping them navigate our online platform, resolve inquiries, and enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services through phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
• Assist customers with account management, order placement, and payment issues.
• Resolve complaints and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and marketplace policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the online retail or e-commerce industry.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
