Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide accurate information on product features, specifications, and user troubleshooting.
  • Assist customers with technical issues, helping them to resolve their problems efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions effectively and maintain records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to address customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and product updates to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech industry, is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a technical mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
