In this position, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their travel inquiries and logistics needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation services, schedules, and reservations via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist customers with booking processes, changes to reservations, and cancellation policies.
• Provide accurate information about routes, pricing, and service options.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Document all customer interactions effectively in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Stay updated on transportation regulations and company policies to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or travel sector, is preferred.
