Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients by addressing their logistics inquiries through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with information related to shipments, tracking, and logistics processes to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your knowledge of logistics operations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
