Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with app-related inquiries, issues, and best practices to enhance their ride-sharing experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on app features and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or the ride-sharing industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
