• Deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
