Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services while resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
• Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system accurately.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to address and escalate complex customer issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about product updates, services, and policies to provide current and accurate information to customers.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience and support processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and helpdesk software is advantageous.
