Key Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers by providing top-notch technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
• Guide customers through solutions with clear and concise instructions.
• Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in our support system.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex technical problems.
• Stay informed on product updates and technical changes to continuously provide effective support.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in a technical support role is advantageous.
• Strong ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
• Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently in a dynamic environment.
