This position is based in Greece and offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in the logistics industry and customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to shipments, logistics services, and tracking information.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients and to address complex inquiries.
• Stay updated on logistics regulations, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer support roles, preferably in logistics or related fields.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong customer-focus.
• Able to juggle multiple inquiries and prioritize duties effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude and a desire to assist customers promptly.
