Java Backend Engineer

Inetum is looking for a Back-End Engineer to join our growing development team and contribute to the creation of modern, cloud‑native applications that support our clients’ digital transformation journeys. If you’re passionate about building scalable systems, writing clean code, and working in collaborative environments, this role is an excellent match.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze, contribute to the design and develop the back end of cloud native web applications and APIs
• Guarantee the accurate development of projects against business requirements
• Contribute to define and disseminate software development best practices and the use of continuous integration practices
• Build efficient, testable and reusable components
• Contribute to the positive team dynamics by helping team members grow as professionals in an open, creative and healthy working environment

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Back-end development (Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Spring Batch, Apache Camel, Jasper reports)
• API and Cloud technologies and tools (APIGEE, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices & scalability)
• Middleware tools (IBM MQ, CFT, Apache Kafka)
• Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum / Kanban, Shift Left / TDD / BDD, DevSecOps, CI/CD)
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• French speaker will be highly appreciated

Hybrid (50% remote / 50% on-site)
